Meet the Team

Balanced Business Growth is a team of experienced entrepreneurs specialising in business growth, digital marketing and life / work balance.

With over 90 years combined business experience the principals of BBG, Stephen Gaebler and Kirk O’Connor, are keen to help fellow business owners wherever they can whilst maintaining their own work / life balance.

As business owners for many years themselves both Stephen and Kirk fell into the trap of working longer and longer hours within their respective businesses with predictable consequences to their personal lifestyles.

Unlike many, both Stephen and Kirk came to the realisation in good time that their lifestyle needn’t suffer to protect the growth of their respective businesses.

Old work buddies from their first career in IT support back in the 1970’s and 80’s (yes computers did exist back then!) Stephen and Kirk came back in contact due to their mutual love of physical fitness and health and (most especially) cycling.
