Is your current marketing program more of a problem than a solution?
- Are you uncertain where you should focus your efforts and funds?
- Are you not doing much or any marketing due to lack of clarity?

- Is your current marketing or website provider unresponsive?
- Do you feel your marketing / website is disjointed and haphazard?
- Does your marketing lack real connectivity with your business or products / services?

Digital Marketing Must be 100% in Sync With Your Business
What Value Does Marketing Have for Your Business?
When first engaging with a client the first question we ask is “what value does marketing have for you and your business?“.
The answers vary. For some it may be that “nearly all of my business comes from referrals and all I need is a website that accurately and positively presents my business and my products and services.”
That is a great answer as it allows us to focus on understanding your market, your customers, your business and your products and services to ensure we represent them as accurately as possible.
Of course we will also focus on researching then aligning your site with the keyword phrases that your potential customers are searching for (on-page SEO) and making sure that your site “funnels” your site visitors through to relevant calls to action i.e. phone calls, form submissions, ecommerce sales, list subscriptions etc etc…
For those that believe they need more we will discuss the alternatives. Not every business needs or should be paying for a “one size fits everyone” solution. Your business is unique and so are your customers.
We have no interest in recommending nor getting paid for services that eat up your money or under-deliver.
Research is Always at the Heart of Marketing
Research is at the heart of what we do no matter how small or large the client brief.
Factual information and data drive each project.
As a rule run through the following process;-
- What is important for you as the business owner / operator?
- What is important for the business itself?
- Who are you existing and potential customers?
- What are those customers searching for?
- Where are they searching for your business, products or services?
- What is the process your customers go through to make a decision to contact you or purchase from you?
- Who are your main competitors (especially local competitors)
- How is their marketing going compared to yours / other main competitors?
- What are they doing right, what are they doing wrong?
- What strategies, actions and marketing budgets are required to make a positive difference
All of the above is completed, discussed and agreed before we commence.
In this manner both you, your staff and our team have all the required information to be able to synchronise our efforts.
From this point forwards we activate the campaign, measure, report, improve and repeat.

Embracing Change
Evolution Versus Revolution
When people think of change, most especially within a business, they often immediately think of the disruption that change can bring and the effect on customers, employees and the business owners themselves.
All your changes need not happen overnight though.
Incremental change can be planned commencing with the most important things to gain maximum ROI or even with the simplest things in order to build confidence in the change process.
Analysis & Measurement
Here at BBG we strongly endorse the analytical process.
Research and analysis are essential prior to formulating and enacting a strategy.
Similarly, the parameters by which we measure the success of the process must be formulated and put in place to ensure we can continue to manage the process through and make corrections where required.
The one thing we can all be certain of is that change is a continual component of our lives in the modern business environment.
